Reviews and Ratings
My stay at this hotel was mostly a great experience. The location was fantastic, offering stunning views of Venice, and the service team was genuinely friendly and attentive, making my trip extra special. On the downside, the dining options left a bit to be desired and felt quite limited, which was disappointing. Additionally, while the rooms were spacious and clean, they could benefit from more attention to detail.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were modern, clean, and offered spectacular views. The staff was incredibly courteous and went above and beyond to make our stay special. The location was perfect, just a short and fun shuttle ride away from the main attractions. My only complaint would be the dining options could use a little more variety. Overall, great value for money and a lovely experience.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for my family, and the staff was incredibly friendly and eager to assist. The location was ideal for exploring Venice without being overwhelmed by the crowds. However, the dining could improve a bit in terms of variety, and the air conditioning wasn't great, making the room a tad warm at times.
The hotel offers a beautiful stay on Isola delle Rose, just outside Venice, with lovely views of the city. The rooms are modern and spacious, but I did encounter some ants in the bathroom which was a bit frustrating. Service was excellent; the staff was attentive and professional. However, the dining options left something to be desired, as I found some meals overpriced and not particularly special. Overall, it’s a great value for the location but there are small improvements needed in cleanliness and dining.
This hotel is a lovely retreat, ideally situated on a private island with beautiful gardens and great morning breakfasts. The rooms are spacious, especially suited for families, and the service from the staff, particularly Claudia in Guest Relations, was exceptional. While I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, the dining options could definitely be improved to offer more variety.
